The author acknowledges that World Films, Inc., its officers, assigns and heirs are under no
obligation to produce, purchase or in any way compensate or engage the author. There is no contract
implicit or implied for the review of the script between the author and World Films Inc. World
Films Inc. agrees that the script is only to be used for review by World Films, Inc.
